Building in the Lagoa municipality
Lagoa is a small municipality but a varied one: Carvoeiro and Ferragudo on the coast, Porches and Estômbar inland. VRconstroi has two completed villas in Carvoeiro, within this municipality. All licensing, Carvoeiro and Ferragudo included, goes through Câmara Municipal de Lagoa.
The Lagoa municipality borders Silves, a short way from our base, and it is where we have the most completed work. Among the vineyards of Porches and Estômbar there are rural villas and plots for building from scratch; in Ferragudo and Carvoeiro, by the sea, the requests are mostly renovations, pools and outdoor areas. In Lagoa, traditional stone and terracotta tiles are still the materials clients ask for most outdoors.

What we do here
Yes. Carvoeiro, Ferragudo, Porches and Estômbar all belong to the Lagoa municipality, so planning applications for any of them are submitted to Câmara Municipal de Lagoa.
