VRconstroi was founded in 2004 by Veaceslav Rusu, who still runs it. Twenty-two years on, we build villas from the ground up, renovate and rehabilitate houses, and build pools across the Algarve, always from the same place: our office in Armação de Pêra.
First we visit the site. Then we send a detailed written quote, free of charge. Before work starts you receive a schedule with the phases of the job, and the same team carries the work from start to handover, with one point of contact. Owners who live abroad get regular photo reports and video calls, in English or Portuguese.
We are a licensed builder, holding construction licence (alvará) no. 98638-PAR, issued by IMPIC, with tax number (NIF) 515473111. Anyone can confirm the licence in IMPIC's public register before hiring us. We also handle licensing with the local council, up to the habitation licence.
From Lagos to Faro: Lagos, Portimão, Lagoa, Carvoeiro, Silves, Armação de Pêra, Albufeira, Loulé, Vilamoura and Quinta do Lago. Silves, Lagoa and Carvoeiro sit right next to our base, and that is where we are every day.
We do not quote blind: the plot or the house is seen before any number is given.
Detailed, free and without obligation, so you can compare it side by side with others.
A schedule with the phases of the job, handed over before the first day on site.
From the quote to the keys, you always speak to the same person.
