vrconstroi.com belongs to Veaceslav Rusu Unipessoal, Lda., trading as VRconstroi, tax number (NIPC) 515473111, registered office at R. Dr. Manuel Arriaga, 8365-140 Armação de Pêra, Portugal, builder licence IMPIC no. 98638-PAR.

02Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our services and projects and to contact us. You may not:

• use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm others;
• send false requests, requests in someone else's name, or requests in bulk;
• try to access restricted areas or disrupt how the site works;
• copy the site content by automated means.

03Information on the site

The information on the site is general and meant to help you prepare your project. It does not replace a written quote or professional advice for your case.

Projects presented as ours are shown with real photographs. Illustrative images and animations do not represent VRconstroi projects.

We do our best to keep the information correct and up to date, but it may contain errors or become outdated. We may change the content at any time.

04Quote requests

A quote request made on the site is not a contract and does not commit you to anything. Once we have reviewed the request and, where needed, visited the site, we send you a free written quote.

The quote states what it includes and how long it is valid. The work is only contracted through a written agreement accepted by both parties.

05Job applications

Sending an application through the site creates no employment relationship and does not guarantee a positive answer. Application data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

06Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos, drawings, logo and the VRconstroi brand belong to Veaceslav Rusu Unipessoal, Lda. or to those who allowed us to use them. You may not copy, alter or use them commercially without written permission. Sharing a link to a page of the site is always welcome.

07Links to other sites

The site links to third-party services such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps and the Portuguese electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações). We do not control those sites, and each has its own terms and privacy policy.

08Liability

We try to keep the site available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will always work without interruptions or errors. We are not liable for damage resulting from using the general information on the site without a quote or advice for your case.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, nor our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

09Complaints and dispute resolution

You can file a complaint in the electronic complaints book or write to us at vrgeral.constroi@gmail.com.

If you are a consumer, you can turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body, such as the Algarve consumer arbitration centre (CIMAAL), at www.consumoalgarve.pt. More information on the Portuguese Consumer Portal.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute falls under the courts of the district of Faro, without prejudice to the rules that protect consumers.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last update. The version in force is the one published on this page.
